Custom private classes are designed around your group, your goals, and your tastes. Whether you're celebrating a milestone, hosting a team event, or diving deeper into a region or style you love, we’ll create a fully tailored experience — from wine selection and pacing to pairing plates and presentation. You bring the idea; we’ll bring the bottles, the glassware, and the stories that make them matter.

Most experiences include six wines chosen to showcase a clear arc or concept, along with insights into structure, style, and story.

Need something more in-depth or want to upgrade the wine selection? We’ll create a custom proposal based on your preferences.

Once you reserve your date, we’ll schedule a brief planning call to learn about your group, preferences, and goals. From there, we’ll design your custom tasting — including wine selection, pairings, pacing, and format. You’ll receive a detailed proposal for review, and once confirmed, we handle everything from sourcing to setup.
On the day of your event, we bring the wine, glassware, pairing plates, and tasting materials. All you need to do is welcome your guests — we’ll take care of the rest.

A $400 deposit is required to reserve your date. This holds your time on the calendar and begins the planning process.
Once we’ve confirmed your event details, you’ll receive a custom proposal with final pricing based on your wine selections and group size. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event.
Cancellations made 10 or more days in advance may be refunded or rescheduled, minus any nonrefundable wine purchases already made. A full agreement will be sent after your deposit is received.
